Seeb may not be familiar to many just yet, but something tells us that the Norwegian duo made up of Simen Eriksrud and Espen Berg are going to be a name on everyone’s lips over the next few months. The DJ duo has already seen worldwide success after their remix of Mike Posner’s I Took A Pill In Ibiza topped charts around the world. Now they’re making waves with their new single Breathe, which features vocals by Neev.
Seeb follow the current worldwide tropical house trend with this new single. The beats are strong but delicate and the guitar riff has beach holiday all over it. However, the duo takes things a level up as they have a hauntingly beautiful chorus that really captivates the listener. The song has is the perfect weekend track and has a sort of calming effect on was. The song is incredibly textured. There are many elements to the track musically, but each element is there for a reason and adds so much value to the song.
It’s not often music has had such an effect on us and we wholeheartedly believe that this is something each song should make the listener feel. We’ve already downloaded the song off iTunes and we can’t wait to blast this over the next few months. There is something special about Seeb and we can’t wait to see them blossom.
