The announcement that Engelbert Humperdinck will be performing in South Africa was met with exceptional demand for tickets. So much so that the singer has officially added an extra Johannesburg show to meet the demand. All shows including the additional Monday night concert commence at 8pm and tickets are now on sale at Computicket.
Engelbert will be singing his ever popular hits such as (Please) Release Me; the unforgettable Quando, Quando, Quando and many of his evergreen hits such as After The Lovin, Spanish Eyes, The Last waltz, Am I That Easy To Forget, There Goes My Everything, Les Bicyclettes de Belsize, Winter World Of Love and This Moment In Time during his show – a perfect event for fans of the artist.
The singer will also sing Runaway and three new songs from his latest, 81st album “Runaway Country” – his first album of all-country tunes. “These are some of my favorite country songs — I decided to put them all on one album,” he says. “We’ll see what kind of reaction it gets out of the audience. That’s the main part — if the audience likes it.”
