Local superstar DBN Gogo is getting ready to drop her debut album ‘What’s Real’ and as we count down to the big day, the star has released a brand-new track titled ‘Uyathandeka’. The new track features Stixx, BoiBizza and the sensational Amapiano vocalist MaWhoo.
From going on tours in various African countries as well as in the UK, the South African established sound has now become a popular genre across the world. The Amapiano DJ DBN Gogo, whose real name is Mandisa Radebe, continues to make a name for herself in that space as she has proved to have coined the term ‘Piano to the world’ by going on tour in various countries in the UK and having been featured on the BBC Radio platform.
DBN Gogo has alongside other African artists been recognized by music streaming giant Spotify for her unparalleled work in the music scene. Earlier this year the music producer from Durban joined Spotify Radar, a programme that spotlights and finds emerging artists across the world. She has now reached yet another major milestone by being featured on Times Square billboard in New York.
