American pop star Billie Eilish is certainly not afraid to speak her mind as she continues to premiere more new material from her upcoming studio album ‘Happier Than You’. As ‘Your Power’ continues to gain momentum across the world, the star has released her new single ‘Lost Cause’ – an ode to strong women around the world.
‘Lost Cause’ brings a new dynamic to the pop princess. The song is a women empowerment anthem where the star sings to a former flame. Billie tells her ex lover that she sees right through his façade and that he’s just a ‘Lost Cause’.
In the video, directed by Eilish, the star and her girl squad host a fabulous day party, featuring interpretive dancing (and twerking) around a mansion in their Skims, spraying each other with silly string, snacking on junk food and playing video games.
The song is the fourth release from ‘Happier Than Ever’, which drops on 30 July, and follows previous singles ‘My Future,’ ‘Therefore I Am’ and ‘Your Power’ – all three of which hit the top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100.
