With only a few days to go before Justin Bieber descends on Mzansi for his ‘Purpose World Tour’, Big Concerts have just revealed that local super-producer Sketchy Bongo will open both the Johannesburg and Cape Town shows.
The producer has had a string of hits since he burst onto the scene a few short years ago and has become the producer almost every act wants to work with. He thinks out the box and as a result, has created some incredible music. He has several hits getting major play on South African and international TV and radio and having recently signed to mega dance label, Ultra Music in New York, he has gained substantial international exposure from his single with Shekhinah, “Let You Know”.
Sketchy is also a very diverse act, much like the international pop star, and has worked with the likes of Aewon Wolf, Locnville, Shekhinah, Kyle Deutch, Danny K, Nasty C, Tresor, Jimmy Nevis and AKA – making him the perfect opening act.
