Bigger, better and bolder. This film is a true winner.
Starring: Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard
Plot: Twenty-two years after the events of Jurassic Park, Isla Nublar now features a fully functioning dinosaur theme park, Jurassic World, as originally envisioned by John Hammond. After 10 years of operation and visitor rates declining, in order to fulfill a corporate mandate, a new attraction is created to re-spark visitor’s interest, which backfires horribly. Now, Owen, an employee at the park who has developed a connection with the dinosaurs, needs to find a way to save the people on the island and minimize dinosaur casualties – before it’s too late!
Remarks: Sure, the trailer is epic (the first trailer released has over 62 million views on YouTube) but is there really more they can add to the Jurassic Park story? The simple answer is – Yes. They can. This movie is one of the most anticipated of 2015 – and it’s clear why. The film is absolutely brilliant. The film is beautifully done with some amazing CGI that will make you wonder how these dinosaurs don’t exist. Chris Pratt shines in this film and it’s guaranteed to finally push him into Hollywood’s A-List. Bryce Dallas Howard and Chris have a great chemistry. The hybrid dinosaur, the real star of this film, is unlike anything we have seen before. It adds an exciting, dangerous and terrifying element to the film, It’s a true monster which will have you on the edge of your seat. In fact, I was at the edge of my seat throughout the whole film. The suspense is that intense. While the ending left me questioning “Oh, is that it?,” I must admit that this is probably the best film I have seen this year so far. Steven Spielberg has done it again so if there’s one thing you need to do this weekend, it’s getting to a cinema and watching this masterpiece.
