Back in 2017, local singer-songwriter Dominic Neill released his debut EP ‘Out Of My Mind’. The project included hits like ‘Better Day’ and title track ‘Out Of My League’. The project also included a collaboration with Mzansi’s dance queen Lady Zamar titled ‘Taken By You’. The track was a fan-favourite but was never released as a single – until now.
Just in time for summer, producer and DJ Mark DVB has given the track his own spin as he mixes the track for the dancefloors as the duo drop ‘Taken By You 2.0’. Mark adds Afrodance elements to the banger and upgrades the track to an official summer banger.
Mark has been carving an impressive resume. He recently remixed Brenda Fassie’s ‘Touch Somebody’ and is also known for his remix on Aidin Caye’s ‘Reflections’ featuring Liquideep.
