Earlier this year, Glen21’s Hey Neighbour festival announced that Swedish House Mafia, H.E.R., Khalid, and The Chainsmokers will be headliners at the debut edition of the three-day festival. Now, the festival has added another major global star to the line-up – and it’s none other than hip-hop heavyweight and 17-time Grammy winner Kendrick Lamar!
“[The Hey Neighbour Festival] is a global gathering, a vibrant celebration of music, culture, and most importantly, community. It’s where the unfamiliar face in the crowd becomes the friend you dance with. It’s where diversity isn’t just welcomed, it’s celebrated. It’s where music, the universal connector, weaves a tapestry of shared experiences, creating memories that last a lifetime,” the festival says said in a statement.
The festival will take place from 8 to 10 December at the Legends Adventure Farm in Pretoria. Food, drinks, merchandise, entertainment activities, activation stations, and accommodation options will be available at the festival, and details about these festival features will be announced in due course.
