Over the weekend, hundreds of people claimed they saw Justin Bieber shopping around Sandton City. The popular Johannesburg shopping mall is known to attract the rich and the famous so, naturally, many shoppers believed the star took some time off to do some shopping. Naturally, social media was abuzz with fans claiming they spotted the star at the mall.
