Fifi Cooper keeps delivering the hits. The rapper has been making waves over the past few weeks as she finally dropped her second studio album ‘Take Me Back’ and now, the star has picked ‘Zwagala’ as the next single from the impressive project.
The song, which features Obakeng Moribe, has already received a positive response from radio stations around the country and is set to become the star’s biggest hits to date.
“‘Zwagala’ is a definite street anthem, so there was no other option but to take this movie to the hood,” the star says of the just-released music video. Fifi Cooper adds that the concept of the music video reflects the lyrics and the story she sings about in the song. ‘It is a party song filled with good vibes and me chilling with my boys. I was really inspired by that. Even the styling around the music video was inspired by how I am around my boys, I find their swag cool and comfortable and I wanted that to reflect through the music video”.
Fifi has come a long way since the inception of her career. Over the years, she has managed to rebrand her sound into something more solid and continues to identify with her audience on a large scale. ‘Zwagala’ is another step in the right direction for the star.
