Black Coffee To Play At Coachella And Scores Vegas Residency

Black Coffee has, over the past few years, expanded his global footprint in a major way. The star hangs out with the likes of P. Diddy and Wiz Khalifa, remixed Alicia Keys’ smash hit ‘In Common’ and has played at major festivals around the world. Today, the 2018 Coachella line-up was announced and the DJ is on the bill yet again – except this time, he’s got more of a headlining spot!

The festival takes place over two weekends in April and Black Coffee will take to the stage on both Friday, 13 and Friday, 20 April. The star will play on the days The Weeknd headlines the festival and will play alongside Sza, Kygo, Jamiroquai and many more. As mentioned, this will be Black Coffee’s second time at the festival after impressing crowds in 2016 as well.

However, the star also announced that he has landed himself an exciting residency at Las Vegas’ Wynn resort. Vegas residencies are an artists dream and dance music acts such as Calvin Harris, Cash Cash, Armin Van Buuren, Galantis and more have held residencies in the party town over the past few months. “Thrilled to finally announce a residency at @WynnLasVegas this year! 2018 is off to a great start,” the star tweeted as he announced the news.

His new residency at Wynn isn’t the star’s first. He previously had an incredibly popular residency at Hi Ibiza in Ibiza and his very own show on Apple Beats 1. 2018 seems like it’s going to be yet another massive year for Black Coffee as he solidifies his status as one of Africa’s greatest DJs.
