Bruno Mars is officially stepping back into the solo spotlight. The global superstar has announced that his fourth solo studio album, The Romantic, will arrive on 27 February, marking his first full-length solo project since 24K Magic in 2016.
The announcement arrives alongside Mars’ new single ‘I Just Might’, offering fans their first taste of the era. The slick, groove-driven track nods to classic disco, channeling the effervescent spirit of Leo Sayer’s “You Make Me Feel Like Dancing,” while still bearing Mars’ unmistakable pop finesse.
The accompanying music video leans fully into spectacle and charm, featuring Mars dressed in a sharp green suit as he fronts a band made up entirely of alternate “Brunos”, a playful, high-concept visual that underscores the album’s romantic, retro-inflected tone.

Over the past year, he scored two massive collaborative hits, beginning with ‘Die With a Smile,’ his duet with Lady Gaga, which finished at No. 1 on Billboard’s Year-End 2025 Hot 100 Songs chart. He followed that success with ‘APT.’, a collaboration with ROSÉ, which landed at No. 9 on the same chart.
‘APT.’ has also become a major awards contender, earning three nominations at the upcoming 68th Annual Grammy Awards, including Record of the Year and Song of the Year, further cementing Mars’ continued dominance across pop’s biggest stages.
