Harry Styles has cemented himself as one of the biggest acts in pop music today. His latest single ‘As It Was’ has shot to number one on charts around the globe and now, he’s finally released his third studio album ‘Harry’s House’.
The follow-up to 2019’s ‘Fine Line’ spans 13 tracks and sees the singer continue to deliver some soulful music at his most comfortable place yet.
“I feel like it’s kind of a collection of all of my favourite things and very much like the album I’ve always wanted to make, so I’m really happy,” Styles said in an interview with TODAY. “I think for me, it’s definitely the most personal record I think I’ve made. It was definitely the most intimately made thing I’ve done so far. Obviously, the pandemic and everything kind of added to the way it was made. It was made by a few people in a small room.”
Fans are still bopping to the track’s lead single which Styles says is about metamorphosis. It’s about losing yourself, finding yourself. Embracing the fact that life hits you at different times, not when you expect it. That’s wonderful, but with these wonderful things comes some complex emotional journey[s],” he says.
