Amapiano is a genre that is certainly taking the world by storm. One person who continuously keeps his ear on different sounds emerging from different markets around the world is global superstar Ed Sheeran and as the genre continues to make an impact around the world, Ed knew he wanted an amapiano remix of his latest hit ‘Bad Habits’.
So, he tapped local producer Kooldrink to whip up a special remix of the song – and it’s a banger!
Naturally, Kooldrink was thrilled to give his own spin to the single. “This is the coolest and biggest opportunity I’ve ever had with my career,” Kooldrink says. “I vow to take Amapiano to the World.#ThankYou @EdSheeran for the opportunity. I’m happy you love it too.”
Alongside the amapiano remix, Ed also tapped British producer Joel Corry for a new remix that dropped today as well. Joel is famous for his chart-topping singles ‘Head & Heart’ with MNEK and ‘Bed’ with Raye and David Guetta.
