Local pop star Bernice West has fast proven that she is an exceptionally talented artist and performer. The star has quickly crept into the hearts of many with her honest and authentic approach through her music and continues giving us all of the feels as she premieres her new single ‘Hemel Op Aarde’.
On the song, Bernice sings about how everyone’s heaven on earth may look and feel different. She goes on to sing that sometimes someone you may think is your heaven on earth turns out to be the opposite and that the love you send out into the universe isnt always reciprocated.
To celebrate the release of the song, Bernice also premiered the song’s official music video created by the team at Fokkid Media is.
The video tells the story of a girl who realizes that her heaven on earth is no longer on land before she flees in search of it in the sea. The story was inspired by the song’s message that it’s okay to let go of something that you love so much.
