DStv Compact Plus, Compact, Family, Access, EasyView and DStv Indian customers can now access more movie magic than ever before, by adding M-Net’s three hottest movie channels to their package, for just R99 per month, with Add Movies.
Adding the Add Movies package to new or existing subscriptions opens up a world of hundreds of the freshest movies every year from M-Net Movies 1 (DStv Channel 104), M-Net Movies 2 (DStv Channel 106) and fliekNET (DStv Channel 149) – with the latest movies also added to Catch Up, for anytime viewing. Premium exclusive pop-up channels – when available – will make up part of the Add Movies experience. The two premiere M-Net Movies channels and fliekNET channels are previously only available to DStv Premium customers.
M-Net Movies 1 delivers family friendly, animation, comedy, romance and award-winning drama whilst M-Net Movies 2 delivers the latest adrenalin-packed action, sci-fi, fantasy and thrillers. Popular holiday Pop-Up channel fliekNET will become a permanent fixture on DStv Channel 149, showcasing locally produced blockbuster movies, classic favourites and a variety of Afrikaans film formats such feature films, short films, story films, made-for-TV movies and documentaries. The channel will also feature new straight-to kykNET films produced by South African filmmakers, as part of the continuous investment in the local film and television industry. The Pop-Up channels will run limited-duration theme, genre and franchise movies, at intervals.
Add Movies will be available to add to existing customers’ packages, or on sign-up for new customers, in South Africa, with the launch date to be announced in due course. Customers will be able to sign up on the DStv Self Service platforms. Sign up, tune in and settle back for round-the-clock movie magic, with the Add Movies.
