Tree63 fans will be happy to know that the group’s former frontman John Ellis is back with his third solo album. The album is the singer’s first since releasing “Rurals” back in 2015 and the five-track EP “Bush Telegraph” from 2013.
After the group made a comeback in 2014, John put his solo career on hold. The band spent time in Nashville working on their seventh studio album “Land” and in January this year, John finally put plans for his next solo album in place. He teamed up with long-time engineer Brent Quinton and the recording process began.
The self-produced album is remarkable because it is the first time John has played every instrument on a recording himself. The 10-track recording features his comeback single “Set Your Self On Fire” and is another exciting release from the singer.
