If there’s one thing we’ve discovered during the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic, it’s that local pop act The Kiffness can remix just about anything. From live recordings of Turkish men singing folk songs to cats letting off some weird noises, The Kiffness has been able to make just about anything he’s touched into a viral sensation. Now, as he has some big news to share with the world, he’s done it again!
David Scott, who goes under the stage name The Kiffness, and his wife Jüte Scott have revealed that they are expecting a bundle of joy in January 2022 and knew that they wanted to do something special to share the news with their friends, family and fans.
On a recent check-up, David heard the baby’s heartbeat and said that it sounded like “a trance song”. So, he used that as the inspiration for the announcement.
“Exciting news, my wife & I going to be parents in Jan 2022,” the star said in the post. “During a recent scan I thought our child’s heart beat sounded like a techno tune, so naturally my wife [and] I took the opportunity to collab with our unborn child.”
Naturally, the end result is a certified banger! Watch the hilarious clip and listen to the track below:
Congrats, Dave and Jüte!
