The Best Cover Of Adele’s ‘Hello’ You Will Ever Hear

Let me introduce you guys to Hobbie Stuart. An English singer who is super popular for his brilliant covers of modern-day hits. Still to this day I don’t know why he isn’t a huge star because he has one of the cleanest, crisp voices I have ever heard. He recently took on Adele’s smash hit single ‘Hello’ and covered it with such emotion and delicacy and it’s the best cover of the track I have heard. Don’t take my word for it though and let the music do the talking.

  1. He mumbles too much. It’s not a bad sound but it isn’t clear enough. At some points he sounds like he has marbles in his mouth. When he goes to the higher notes he starts to go a little too nasal. He would benefit by enunciating more

  2. Yes he has a really nice voice but his articulation and pronunciation is bad, nothing training can’t handle, but liked what he did with the song.

  3. It’s interesting, the “best” British singers never “sound” British — George Michael, Florence Welch, Annie Lennox, Elton John, Adele — you don’t hear their accent hardly ever. I’m always pleasantly when I hear their accent sneak through, so I don’t mind Hobbie’s vocal intonations, in fact I think they’re quite beautiful. This is certainly a beautiful male cover, and with Soundcloud cracking down on covers and copyright, it’s harder and harder for new artists to break through.

The headline to this post was probably designed to get people to click on the link and ultimately get people to listen to the cover, but it’s tough to measure up to a headline like that. (In fact any of the professional musical artists I know, at the very top of their game and music industry) would probably cringe at a headline like this one, because it ultimately sets the song up for comparison and disappointment.
