After dropping her debut album ‘Tugela Fairy’ in 2018, the star has been working tirelessly on her highly-anticipated follow-up and with ‘Emakhaya’, Simmy is finally ready to embark on her new chapter.
‘Emakhaya’ is a milestone for the Afro-house star. Featuring Da Capo and Sun El Musician, the track serves as the official lead single off the upcoming project, titled ‘Tugela Fairy – Made of Stars’ and showcases Simmy’s extraordinary vocal in the purest way.
The track is laced with a smooth production and offers fans a trendy, slick and catchy way to dance into the sunset. Da Capo adds his unique flair to the track which sees frequent collaborators Simmy and Sun El Musician bring their explosive chemistry together.

When asked what fans can expect from the upcoming record, Simmy says that “Fans can expect a continuation from the first Tugela Fairy album, more growth & versatility with regards to the music itself and my approach on each story that I tell. I also got an opportunity to have external features compared to my first album so it’s exciting to share some of the work I did with those producers and artists as well.”
