Canadian crooner Michael Bublé made an incredible comeback late last year when he released his new single and album ‘Nobody But Me’. However, he took some time off to be with his three-year-old son, Noah, who was diagnosed with cancer last year. After a successful surgery, Noah is progressing well and the singer has released the second single off the album – an original track titled ‘I Believe In You’.
Bublé is known for his contemporary take on the jazz classics but takes a more pop approach on the new single. It’s a side of Michael we’re not used to seeing therefore it’s something refreshing from the crooner. The acoustic guitar driven and Michael’s sleek, strong vocals are a great pairing. The song is anthemic, catchy and destined to be a contemporary radio hit. The song was also written by the star and you can hear more of his personality in the song than ever before.
The song is paired with a beautiful video starring and directed by Derek Hough. The dancer was asked to step in for Bublé, who is currently taking a break from career commitments and spending time with his family. “It’s been a pleasure to work on this project – a positive story about everlasting love. Sending all that energy to Michael and his wonderful family,” Derek said shortly after the video was released. The video is a romantic love story about a couple through the various stages of their lives together. The song was written by Bublé while Hough created the story after observing his grandparents who danced every day of their lives. The video features Hough as one half of a couple whose relationship survives challenges through decades with a love that endures through the test of time. This is another fantastic release from the star.
