The platinum selling songstress, Kelly Khumalo celebrated her success with an African Royalty themed Party to show off her greatness as she was awarded with her certification plaques representing her platinum and gold status. Her successful album, TVOA (The Voice of Africa) has exceeded her expectations and conquered across the continent. We can definitely crown her the Voice of Africa, After the album was certified Gold status, not only did she achieve that but further received 4x Platinum for the Hit single ‘Empini’, 2x Platinum for ‘Esphambanweni’ and a Platinum plaque for ‘Ngathwala Ngaye”.
The room was filled with her loved ones in celebration of her hard work and effects. To show her that she is still appreciated, the African Royalty themed celebration was one that could only be catered for the caliber of artist that she is. For more than 15 years in the industry, she has only blessed us with amazing music which has traveled across the continent. This kind of longevity can only be wished by many. Time and time again, she has been able to continue growing and glowing. We will continue to commend her and celebrate her music.
To continue from this achievement, she sets up for her upcoming album, ‘From a God to a King”. The album is due later in the year and we are more than excited for what she has in store us. We trust through her many hits that have set the bar high, that will be just as amazing and high charting.
