One thing is for sure – we can always count on Kamo Mphela to bring the fire! The amapiano phenomenon has done just that with her brand-new single ‘Thula Thula’ and to celebrate, the dancer has premiered it’s official music video.
‘Thula Thula’ serves as the new single from Kamo’s upcoming EP ‘Nkulunkulu’ and the star has revealed that this track will be the next of many to drop in the coming weeks and months.
Staying true to Kamo’s vision of showcasing female talent in the country, the star enlisted Zandi Tisani to direct the clip. The clip brings to life the single’s lyrical content as Kamo raps about women paying their dues in a male-dominated industry.
In the clip, Kamo and her friends kidnap a wealthy man which represents this narrative while throwing in some epic dance moves into the mix.
