John Niel is a romantic at heart. The singer dropped his debut album ‘Long Time Coming’ last year which is filled with romantic ballads and songs from the heart. Now, as he continues to promote the record, the star has released the latest single from the project – a love song titled ‘Red Dress’.
When asked about the inspiration behind the track, John says that “Once in a while you’ll meet someone who’s not from around here and you’d love for them to stay… Red Dress is about someone passing through town and ends up never leaving because they fell in love.”
The star also drops a breezy music video for the track which effortlessly bring the love story to life. Beautifully shot in and around Cape Town, the video showcases just how quickly one can fall in love.
