Jason Derulo has been heating up the pop scene with his latest album ‘Everything Is 4’. The album’s lead single ‘Want To Want Me’ has become his biggest hit to date and after his latest single, Cheyenne, failed to make an impact, the singer has teamed up with Jennifer Lopez and Norwegian producer Matoma for the Caribbean inspired track ‘Try Me’.
Production-wise, the track has some deep beats with an island feel to it which is bound to bring the listener a sense of happiness. Jason and Jennifer are the biggest names in pop music and their chemistry together is great. While there is too much autotune on the track, one tends to overlook that point because the song is such a jam!
I love the fact that the song, although dancefloor ready, is light and fun. Everything about the song is unique and that’s exactly the reason we’re expecting this to be another smash hit single for Jason. Jennifer is currently working on a brand new album after the incredibly low sales of her latest record A.K.A and is also working on her upcoming ‘All I Have’ residency which starts in Las Vegas in January.
