Although their hit single ‘I Love It’ featuring Charli XCX became a massive success around the globe, Icona Pop keep flying under the radar. The duo is easily one of the most underrated acts in pop music and over the past few months, they’ve released some epic pop tracks such as ‘Someone Who Can Dance’ and ‘Brightside’. Now, they drop another perfect pop track as ‘Girls Girls’ hits digital stores around the world.
The track has everything needed to be a smash – strong vocals, an epic hook and some of the best production we’ve heard in a long time. The breezy single makes use of an instrumental chorus which isn’t unfamiliar but it changes the sound of the entire song which makes it a standout feature of the track. This is definitely going to be on repeat over the next few months.
