Ever since he burst onto the Afrikaans pop scene back in 2015 with his massive hit single ‘Stop, Wag, Bly Nog ‘n Bietjie’, Brendan Peyper has become one of the most exciting and successful stars in the market. He achieved platinum status with both his debut and second studio album but it seems Brendan is finally ready to step outside of his comfort zone and release a song in English.
Naturally, English isn’t Brendan’s first language but the timing has never been more right to release a single which will resonate with a wider audience. The star has proven his worth as a popstar and is currently one of the celebrity contestants on the new season of Tropika Island Of Treasure. Naturally, the appearance on the show has piqued the interest of many – and Brendan seems to be readying his debut with a bang. The star posted a video onto his Instagram stories of his time in the studio recording some new music with English lyrics. The timing could not be better for an English release and we’re really excited to see what Brendan has up his sleeve with this.
