The Detroit singer brought her infectious raps and heavy base to ‘Back Up’ and proves to the world that she is here and that she’s ready to compete with the very best!
The fiery club banger samples famous Detroit house song “Back Up Off Me” by DJ Clent. Dej Loaf and Big Sean rap about their commitment issues in the banger while asking for space in a relationship. The two rappers complement each other brilliantly on this record and give each other space to shine on the record.
Is this the next summer jam? No. But we’d be lying if we said that we can’t see ourselves going crazy to this song at a club. Dej Loaf has a unique voice and way of rapping and we’re excited to see what she comes up with next!
