HE’S one of the hottest pop acts to have ever come out of South Africa, and now Danny K is back with a brand new single. The singer started his new era after his hit album Good Look. He released his comeback single For The Girls featuring Anatii which received a lukewarm response, but the singer is taking things to new heights with his Sketchy Bongo-produced single , Inside My Head.
The song sees Danny K heading back to his routes. It reminds us a lot of the material he released during his early days and it’s definitely the direction we see him taking. The song is a lot more pop-focused the house direction he took on his previous album, Good Look. Sketchy Bongo did a fantastic job on the production for the album which support’s Danny’s, at times, strained vocals.
The song is a great pop track. Although the chorus is straight-forward and is more music driven which seems to be a trend in the world of pop music at the moment, the verses are written nicely and are just as catchy as the chorus. We’re enjoying Danny K’s new sound and we can’t wait to see what he has in store for us with his upcoming album. The song will be available on iTunes soon. Support our local talent and get the song.
