For many, Spring is a season which sees new beginnings, beauty and warmth. It also means spending a whole lot more time outdoors. So, Montecasino will be celebrating the season in style at their upcoming Spirit of Spring Festival which will include a whole lot of food, drinks, fashion and live music!
From the 23rd – 25th of September, Montecasino will be bringing you all the joys that come with spring with a variety of different activities for both kids and adults. To keep the kids busy, child minders will be around guiding your children through the following activities:
· Hoola Hoop competitions, dance competitions, shoot the hoop and tug o’war
· Jumping castles
· Magic shows
· Ceramic painting (from R30 – R140 per item)
· Sand art (from R20 per item)
· Creative Kidz bead and mosaic work (from R40 – R100 per item)
· Make Your Own Pizza (R45 per pizza with 7 different toppings to choose from)
· Face painters, balloon sculptors and stilt walkers
· Star-gazing interactive edutainment
· Kiddies story-telling time at Skoobs
· Visit the Montecasino Bird Gardens, which is home to over 750 plants from 37 different plant species; over 60 species of birds, frogs, scorpions; and Annie the world’s oldest female anaconda in captivity, to name but a few. Not forgetting the ever-popular Flights of Fantasy bird show (R35 if you are aged between 2 to 12 years or R70 per adult).
