Black Coffee is one of the most exciting new DJs on the international music front and he has had an incredibly successful year. The star started his Las Vegas residency at the Wynn Hotel and Casino, has played many international shows and now, he’s teamed up with one of the world’s biggest DJs, David Guetta, for his new single ‘Drive’.
The track, titled ‘Drive’ features London singer Delilah Montagu and is expected to appear on both Guetta’s upcoming album ‘7’ as well as the rumoured Black Coffee album which is expected to drop later this year.
The song is something unexpected from both artists who really pushed themselves creatively on the single. With a strong beat, smooth basslines and an emotional vocal performance from Delilah Montagu, the song is set to be a massive club banger around the world. The production is rather dark and adds an element of mystery when paired with the sultry vocals.
Black Coffee continues to make a name for himself in the international music space. Earlier this year, he posted a picture of himself with Martin Garrix made it’s way around social media and although the song was eventually scrapped after Ellie Goulding pulled her vocals from the song as a result of a lack of communication, the star is definitely making waves.
‘Drive’ is expected to shine an even brighter light on the local DJ and we have a feeling this isn’t the last major collaboration we’re going to hear from him.
