If you’re a fan of Mumford and Sons, Christmas will continue into early 2016 as the band have finally announced that they will be making their way to South Africa for three shows. The band has headlined festivals all around the world and will kick off the new year with a bang as they promise to bring the heat to the South African leg of their upcoming tour.
“The last eight years have taken us to some incredible parts of the World, from Goa to Tasmania… Orkney to Walla Walla. The fact that we get to visit these places, meet fascinating and inspiring people, and play our songs everywhere we go is pretty much the whole reason we started this band in the first place – you guys know how much we love touring, we’ve mentioned it enough times!” they said on a Facebook post announcing the tour. “Well, it is with great excitement, that we can announce one of our most anticipated adventures yet, South Africa! Many times we’ve tried to make it work, but this coming January, it’s happening and we couldn’t be happier about it. We’ve got a handful of shows across the Country, some really great artists sharing those stages with us. We know it’s been a long time coming and we hope to see you there to toast the occasion. Long Live! T, W, M & B. x”
