It’s that time of the year again. Award season is in full swing and at an exclusive launch party last night, Metro FM kick-started their annual award prep by announcing the nominiees for the 16th annual Metro Fm Music Awards For the second year running, winners in the respective categories will be walking away with R100, 000 prize money per category. Amanda Black came out tops with a staggering five nominations while Babes Wodumo, Kwesta and Nasty C came in a close second with four nominations.
