If you know me, you’ll know that I’m a sucker for covers. I love seeing how musicians make other artists’ tracks their own. The cover I’ve been playing on repeat today by Alex Aiono and Sabrina Carpenter. Alex is famous for his covers on YouTube while Sabrina is a respected singer in her own right. In fact, her singles ‘Thumbs’ and ‘Smoke and Fire’ raked up millions of views on the platform. The two joined forces and made Charlie Puth’s ‘Attention’ a duet in their new collaboration video. I love how Alex creates the song in the video and the dynamic the two singers have on the track. The song is easily one of my favourite pop records at the moment and Alex and Sabrina did a fantastic job with this one.
