Dua Lipa Drops Explosive ‘Live From Mexico’ Concert Film Capturing the Final Chapter of Her ‘Radical Optimism’ Tour

After wrapping one of the biggest global tours of the year, Dua Lipa is giving fans a front-row seat to the final chapter of her ‘Radical Optimism’ era.

The three-time GRAMMY and seven-time BRIT Award-winning pop superstar has officially released ‘Dua Lipa (Live From Mexico)’, a new live album and concert film recorded during her three sold-out shows at Mexico City’s Estadio GNP Seguros. The project is now streaming on YouTube and captures the energy, scale and emotional highs of the massive global trek that saw Dua perform 92 shows across five continents.

“This tour has been the most beautiful and fulfilling experience of my career so far,” Dua says in the trailer for the film. “You’ve built something bigger than a show. You’ve built a family and I feel that every single night.”

Filmed during the final stretch of the Radical Optimism Tour, the concert movie showcases the sleek choreography, towering production and euphoric crowd moments that helped turn the run into one of 2025’s most celebrated pop tours. But one of the standout moments comes during Dua’s now fan-favourite “local song” segment, where she regularly performed covers or duets tailored specifically to each city on the tour.

For the Mexico City shows, Dua welcomed Fher Olvera of legendary Mexican rock band Maná to perform the group’s 1992 classic “Oye Mi Amor.” The performance became an instant highlight of the tour, with Billboard Latin describing the moment as “a massive karaoke session celebrating one of the most iconic rock en español bands in the world.”

Across the tour, Dua embraced local culture in a way few global pop stars attempt at this scale, performing songs in nine different languages including Spanish, Italian, French, Czech, Dutch, German, Portuguese and Albanian. The rotating segment quickly became one of the most talked-about elements of the show, with Rolling Stone praising it as “a joyful look back at music history, through the lens of one of today’s most exciting pop stars.”

The Radical Optimism Tour ultimately sold more than 1.75 million tickets worldwide and included back-to-back sold-out nights at London’s Wembley Stadium. Critics widely hailed the production as Dua’s strongest live outing to date. The Los Angeles Times called it “unquestionably the most creative, rigorous and musicianship-driven tour of her career,” while the BBC described it as “a powerhouse performance from a star at the top of their game.”

The Hollywood Reporter later named it one of the best concerts of 2025, applauding its “awe-inspiring production,” while Variety said the tour was “yet another testament to how singular she remains in the ever-changing pop landscape.”

Now, with Live From Mexico, fans who missed the global run, or simply want to relive it, can finally experience the tour’s electric finale from anywhere in the world.
