They’ve become the go-to duo when it comes to dance music and have cemented themselves as the ultimate party starters. Their latest single ‘Bonke’ is another massive bop from the duo and now, they’ve dropped the track’s official music video.
The track, which features Nokwazi and JoeJo, is a cut from their recently released album ‘10 Years and Counting’.
The music video captures the last days of the summer before we all welcomed the winter. Inspired by the lyrical premise of the song. Bonke showcases how friends meet to celebrate one another and affirm each other’s victories of having made it in the world.
In a time of isolation and self-quarantine, ‘Bonke’ was released as a celebration of togetherness and the joys of being with one’s loved ones. The popular track has elements of gqom, kwaito and amapiano – resulting in a high-energy, up-tempo house track.
