Because of the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic, we’re swapping the glitz and glam of Sun City for the comfort of our very own couch as we celebrate the best South African music has to offer at the 26th South African Music Awards.
The award show has been split up into five evenings of virtual socially-distant performances and awards in a direction many award ceremonies will be heading in this awards season.
Ahead of the five-night event, we’ve got the list of which awards will be given out when. Tonight, the ceremony, hosted by Dineo Langa and Donovan Goliath, celebrates the roots of African music – and it promises to wow.
