As the world continues to battle the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic, Connell Cruise, alongside thousands of musicians around the world, have opted to spread some good through their music. The singer recorded a track titled ‘Damaged People’ a few years ago which is a powerful ballad which perfectly fits this crazy time the world is going through. With it’s powerful message, Connell believes that now is the perfect time to release it as a single.
“‘Damaged People’ is a song about how we are all in this life together, even when we feel at our most lonely and afraid,” Connell tells us. “It’s a song that has brought comfort to me through many hardships, it is my hope that it can bring just a little bit of comfort to anyone listening now. The thoughts and prayers of my family are with every one of you, with every one of us, while the world as we know it changes. Please be safe, and protect each other by protecting yourself.”
The song will serve as the singer’s next single and follow-up to the popular Charlie Finch-assisted ‘All Summer Long’.
