Local muso’s Rubber Duc really know how to release a great cover. The band released their cover of Fifth Harmony’s ‘Sledgehammer’ and had the country talking. Now, they’re doing it all again as they take on Taylor Swift’s ‘Style’. The cover is beautiful. The verses are really delicate and clear and then the boys go hard in the chorus giving it a bit of a jazz-inspired kick. The track definitely has a local is lekker flavour to it with the trumpet solo in the middle of the track as well. This band is really fantastic and I really think they will be big one day. C’mon SA!, Stop sleeping on these guys!
