The 26th Annual South African Music Awards are taking place all throughout the week in a five-night virtual extravaganza hosted by presenter Dineo Langa and comedian Donovan Goliath. The first night kicked off with a performance from the Ndlovu Youth Choir followed by performances from Amanda Black and Big Zulu also delivered a stirring performance of Vuma Dlozi alongside Mnqobi Yazo.
Night two saw Judith Sephuma opening the show with her hit ‘Maropeng’ before Ami Faku delivered an emotionally charged and haunting ‘Inde Lendlela’ supported by two instrumentalists in an empty yet intimate outdoor venue under bright party lights.
