Local singer, Carli J. Myers, is working hard at cracking the South African music industry. After dropping her debut single ‘Clutch’ earlier this year, the singer has changed it up a bit with a new sound as she released her second single ‘All The Kings Horses’.
The song, which was written by Carli and her dad, has an awesome Mumford and Sons inspired beat and explores the difficulties, so familiar to many, of trying to cope with love lost, and hoping (perhaps in vain) to rekindle such love. The song has a deep message to it which makes the nursery rhyme chorus a bit confusing but I think this is the right direction for Carli to be heading in.
