She’s back! Angie Oeh made quite the splash since bursting onto the scene a few months ago. Her singles ‘Sex In Afrikaans’, ‘Spicy’ and ‘Altyd Op My Vibe’ has certainly made the country sit up and take note and as she continues to promote her new EP ‘Mooiste Meisies’, Angie Oeh premieres the music video for the project’s title track.
The video pays tribute to all the beautiful women of South Africa. As with the controversial video for ‘Sex in Afrikaans’, this clop is packed with women, but this time in colourful swimwear.
“Same as with Sex in Afrikaans, Mooiste Meisies was written to provoke people and to attract attention in the ways we need to. I demand equality. Even if I have to do it with a song. It is also my mission to give women a platform where they are not sexualised through a man’s perspective. Everyone should be able to shake their titties without being stared at. It’s only bodies,” Angie tells us.
